When the customer walks in, he/she picks a required service option such as medication pick up, refill or consultation services and receives a queue ticket number from the digital kiosk. Their queue can be tracked using QueueBee's Queue System Software awaiting their turns for the services they opted for with pharmacists.

While waiting for medication dispensing

Customers can monitor their turn with an estimated wait time and their position from the Queuebee’s Queueing Digital Signage or by scanning the QR code in their queue ticket.

During medication collection

When the customer’s turn is reached, their queue number is announced and displayed on the digital signage screens. The customer will proceed to the respective counter/room for their service.

Payment (Optional)

Using the same queue system, customer will proceed to the payment counter for medication payment
